When will I receive my code?
Orders processed automatically, so your gift code will be sent to your email instantly after your payment has been received. Remember that if you have ordered something that’s listed as either “Out of Stock” or “Available on backorder”, you may need to wait a bit longer to receive your code.
If you accidentally typed in a wrong email address, you can still retrieve your code by logging into your account and viewing your order details to see your gift code. You will also be able to change the email address linked to your account on this page, so please don’t forget to do so!
Where can I find my gift code/certificate?
Your gift code/certificate will be sent to the email address that you provide to us during the checkout process. Your gift card/certificate will be given to you in the form of either a code or a scanned card. The delivery email subject will be titled as “Your Japan Codes order #xxxx is complete.” Be sure to check your spam mail folder in case your order has found its way there. If you don’t get your order within 24 hours, please contact our support at email@example.com or create a ticket in our Support Center.
My code hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do?
If you have not received your order within 24 hours of the transaction, please contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org or create a ticket in our Support Center. Please remember that if you have ordered an item that is currently “Out of Stock” or “Available on backorder”, the order may take up to 24 hours to be fulfilled. Also, if your order is deemed to be suspicious by our automated system (one such trigger would be accessing our site using a VPN), it will be put under review until one of our staff members manually checks it over.
I messed up my billing information! What do I do?
If you have placed an order with incorrect billing information, please contact our support at email@example.com or create a ticket in our Support Center to get that fixed so your order can be delivered successfully. For future purposes, you are also able to change your billing address on your account page.
How come this or that product is always on backorder?
When a product is on backorder, it can take up to 24 hours to deliver your order. Usually, unpopular products are kept on backorder so we don’t overstock on a product that doesn’t sell often. However, that doesn’t mean ALL items that are on backorder are unpopular.

Can I cancel my order and get a full refund?
If your order has not been delivered yet, you may cancel it by contacting support. Otherwise, because our orders are delivered instantly, we must confirm that your gift card has not been used yet before we can refund you. This would also require you to contact our support team, which you can do be either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or opening a ticket at our Support Center.
My code is invalid. What do I do?
Please be aware that some websites will require you to be in Japan or use a Japanese VPN to redeem your cards. We would be more than happy to help you if this is the case. Otherwise, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery with a screenshot of the redemption error. We will check the card/code ourselves and if your case is valid, we will send you a replacement. We will not offer support if you contact us later past the 48 hour time frame.
Why was my order refunded?
We only refund payments if we see that your order is marked as suspicious. This usually happens if you access our site with a VPN or if you have made multiple accounts with us. If your payment is deemed as potentially fraudulent, we will automatically refund you or we may request for further verification.
Are there any purchase limits?
We don’t have any purchase limits whatsoever, so you are free to buy our gift cards to your heart’s content!
Do I have to create an account to buy from you?
For security reasons, we do require you to make an account with us before you can complete a transaction. If you are checking out as a guest, we will prompt you to make an account before you pay.
What does it mean if a product is only available on backorder?
This means the item is currently not available for instant delivery and you will have to wait up to 24 hours to receive your order (it will usually take less than that though!)

My payment was rejected even though I typed in the correct information!
We use a suspicious activity protection system that will automatically reject payments if it suspects any potentially fraudulent transactions. In many cases, it is because you are using a VPN to access our store. Please turn off your VPN service before trying to complete an order.

Do Amazon codes ever expire?
They will expire one year after you purchase them.
I bought a BitCash EX Gift Card from you a month ago, but when I try to redeem it now, it says it’s unavailable.
Both BitCash EX and BitCash ST Prepaid Cards have an expiration date of 1 month from the date in which you purchased them.
Can I use iTunes Cards to pay for my iTunes Match subscription?
Yes you can.
According to http://support.apple.com/en-us/ht4914:
“You can use store credit to pay for your iTunes Match subscription; however, you must have a valid payment method on file at the time of sign up.”
So you can buy one of these cards from our store to use as a payment method for your account during the sign up process.
Do I need to be in Japan to redeem my gift cards?
For some websites, you may need a Japanese VPN to redeem your gift card (please remember that you are not allowed to access our store with a VPN). You will need to find a VPN yourself; however, we are always happy to help if you cannot read Japanese and require assistance with translations. Once again, we will NOT help you find a VPN. There are many public ones available online for you to use.
Should I use a VPN to access Japan Codes?
No, never use a VPN or any kind of proxy to access Japan Codes. Your order may be flagged if you access our site and place an order through a VPN connection. Please turn off your VPN and use a direct connection when accessing Japan Codes.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours (for support inquiries) are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM JST (1:00 AM to 1:00 PM UTC / 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM EST / 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM PST).
However, orders are processed automatically, so you don’t need to wait until our office hours to place your order.
Can I log into the Support Center without creating a new account?
There is no need to create a separate account for our Support Center. You can use the same account that you have created on Japan Codes to log into our Support Center.
